Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026 · Applies to the PFF Discord bot, the verification service at bot.project-orbis.xyz, the Roblox experience Project Orbis and project-orbis.xyz (together, "the Services").

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

1. Eligibility

You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use, including their age requirements. Your use of Discord and Roblox is also governed by their own terms.

2. Your accounts

You may only link a Roblox account you own. One Roblox account can be linked to one Discord account.
You are responsible for what happens through your accounts.
Access to Project Orbis may require a verified Roblox account, membership of our Roblox group and a linked Discord account.

3. Conduct

You agree not to:

harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised software, or manipulate matches, leaderboards or the economy;
spam, advertise without permission, or post harmful links;
attack, overload, reverse engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the Services;
abuse support tickets, the AI assistant, transfer demands or other features.

Staff may warn, mute, kick, ban, reset progress or remove items, in Discord, in the Game or both, when these rules or the community rules are broken.

4. Orbis and virtual items

Orbis and in-game items are a limited licence to use virtual content inside the Services. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property.
Store items bought with Orbis in Discord are fulfilled by staff. Orbis spent on store items is not refundable unless staff decide otherwise.
Robux purchases are processed by Roblox under Roblox's terms. Refund questions about Robux go through Roblox.
We may change, rebalance or remove Orbis, items and prices, and correct balances affected by bugs or abuse.

5. League features

Clubs, contracts, transfers, demands and match results are run by our staff. Staff decisions on league matters are final. The AI assistant and AI screening only provide suggestions and may be wrong; they are not official decisions.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you write. You allow us to store and display it as needed to run the Services (for example feedback, free agent posts and ticket messages shown to staff).

7. Availability

The Services are provided as they are and as available. We may change, pause or end any part of them at any time, and we don't guarantee they will be free of errors or interruptions.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Ending access

You can stop using the Services at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and significant changes are announced in our Discord server. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.
